0:01 Dear friends, assalamu alaykum, mercy of Allah and His blessings.
0:06 I am at our gathering
0:08 in Bihać,
0:09 and these beautiful scenes that I have decided to share with you,
0:14 have inspired me
0:16 to say a few
0:18 things
0:20 about
0:21 the hadith of Allah's Messenger, peace be upon him.
0:25 Which we have
0:26 You have probably all heard,
0:28 but it seems to me that it is not emphasized enough.
0:32 And it is not mentioned enough,
0:35 it is the hadith of Allah's Messenger (peace be upon him).
0:39 In which he said,
0:41 Indeed, Allah is beautiful and loves beauty.
0:44 This hadith of Allah's Messenger (peace be upon him),
0:49 is considered among the hadiths
0:53 that have, in a way, the deepest messages in
0:57 koji imaju, na neki način, najdublje poruke u
1:02 and our relationship with aesthetics,
1:03 the relationship of morality and spirituality,
1:07 but also our everyday
1:11 life.
1:12 So this hadith of Allah's Messenger, s.a.w.s.,
1:14 Indeed, Allah is beautiful and loves beauty,
1:17 actually has multiple meanings, and I want to share
1:20 with you now at this beautiful place really a few
1:25 meanings.
1:28 značenja
1:30 This hadith of Allah's Messenger, peace be upon him.
1:33 What does this hadith mean that Allah is beautiful?
1:36 The first part of the hadith says, 'Indeed, Allah is beautiful.'
1:42 This means,
1:42 that exalted is Allah.
1:45 The perfection of beauty.
1:48 That is, His beauty encompasses
1:51 the perfection of His
1:54 attributes.
1:56 Yes.
1:57 this
1:58 part of the hadith of the Prophet (peace be upon him).
2:01 It encompasses the perfection
2:04 and beauty of His creation. Here is what we can see now,
2:09 is actually an example of that beauty
2:13 which the Lord has created,
2:15 and which
2:16 no human hand can create,
2:19 no civilization can create such beauty,
2:24 at all.
2:25 and to bring something similar.
2:28 Also this part of the hadith of the Messenger of Allah (s.a.w.s.).
2:33 Indeed, Allah is Beautiful. Scholars interpret this to mean
2:37 that Allah's faith is beautiful.
2:40 That is, the rulings of His faith are beautiful.
2:44 They are beneficial, and in them is every goodness in this life
2:51 and in the Hereafter for all people.
2:53 And this is something, therefore,
2:57 that actually makes this life easier for people,
2:58 gives meaning
3:01 Thus, it brings justice,
3:02 balance,
3:03 the so-called equilibrium, and so on.
3:07 Of course, when it is said that Allah is beautiful, it does not refer to physical beauty
3:12 which we witness when we observe the beauty of Allah's creation.
3:17 Rather, it speaks of absolute beauty, the beauty that is the source of all other beauty,
3:23 which is perfect,
3:24 while everything else
3:26 is imperfect.
3:29 However, on the other hand,
3:31 We have this second part of the hadith, which relates to us more, and that is Allah
3:38 also loves beauty.
3:40 What does this mean
3:41 this hadith and how can we actually understand it.
3:46 This hadith of Allah's Messenger, peace be upon him.
3:50 Regarding people, regarding us, regarding our society,
3:54 it can actually signify
3:56 beauty in appearance.
3:58 So, we should take care of our appearance,
4:02 of course.
4:03 never crossing
4:05 the threshold of arrogance,
4:06 nor becoming arrogant
4:09 regarding external appearances,
4:12 and, in a way, the shell that has been given to us.
4:16 However,
4:17 Islam advocates,
4:19 thus, the beauty of clothing, the beauty of dressing,
4:23 proper clothing above all,
4:26 taking care of hygiene,
4:28 dignified
4:29 appearance, etc.
4:31 So, all of these are segments that imply
4:34 this external
4:36 beauty.
4:37 Or the beauty of our outward appearance,
4:40 which can be implied
4:42 by this Hadith. Another thing we can learn here,
4:47 is that it implies
4:50 beauty in behavior.
4:52 Thus, this beauty in behavior implies
4:56 beautiful speech.
4:57 So, speak beautifully.
5:00 Gentleness.
5:01 Patience.
5:03 All those positive traits that Allah's Messenger s.a.w.s. teaches us.
5:07 To adorn ourselves with them and to possess them.
5:11 Also,
5:12 this implies
5:13 And joy, brightness.
5:15 And similarly.
5:17 So, it is something that all people of this world love, and it is definite.
5:22 a thing that enters the meaning of beauty,
5:25 which the Exalted Allah, the Most High,
5:28 loves and which He seeks from us.
5:31 After that, after the outward appearance,
5:33 after our behavior,
5:35 we should
5:37 especially mention,
5:38 posebno kazati,
5:40 that beauty
5:42 implies
5:42 And the beauty of our hearts.
5:45 For that is what the Lord loves and values the most.
5:50 For the Prophet (peace be upon him)
5:51 teaches us that Allah, the Exalted, does not look so much at our outward appearance,
5:57 but rather He looks at our hearts.
6:00 In our souls,
6:02 that is to say, what is essential
6:04 within us.
6:06 What does it mean then,
6:08 that Allah, the Exalted, loves beauty in our hearts and souls.
6:13 Scholars
6:14 say that this encompasses many things.
6:17 One of them is sincerity.
6:20 That there is always sincerity in our hearts
6:24 regarding
6:26 actions,
6:27 work,
6:28 worship.
6:29 etc.
6:31 Takodjer,
6:32 this implies
6:34 purity from all spiritual ailments.
6:37 Thus, we must have purity from spiritual ailments.
6:41 To rid ourselves
6:44 of addictions,
6:44 hatred,
6:46 hostilities
6:47 and all other things.
6:50 This also means that we have
6:53 good
6:54 intentions, which
6:56 surround us.
6:58 So,
6:59 this hadith of the Prophet, peace be upon him,
7:02 has come to us
7:04 in multiple narrations.
7:06 And its authenticity
7:07 is transmitted from the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him.
7:10 People
7:11 teach us in the school of life.
7:14 not just in some way of establishing
7:18 beauty in aesthetics,
7:20 art like architecture,
7:23 other arts,
7:24 but rather teaches us a complete philosophy of life.
7:29 One
7:31 philosophy that requires us to live in accordance with beauty.
7:36 To live that beauty and to behave,
7:40 So, in that way,
7:41 how it is best and how it is most beautiful. Therefore, I consider this hadith
7:50 of Allah's Messenger to be extremely beneficial to
7:53 remind ourselves whenever we find ourselves in such a situation.
7:56 To
7:57 enjoy the beauties that the Lord has given, especially in our beautiful Bosnia and Herzegovina.
8:03 To recognize that beauty.
8:06 To be grateful to Allah (SWT) for those beauties,
8:10 for indeed these are scenes and sights that many nations would truly
8:16 appreciate.
8:18 They paid dearly to have something like this, but Allah, the Exalted,
8:26 has given it to us and not to many other
8:27 nations
8:29 and regions
8:30 of the world. So,
8:33 let this hadith be a call for reflection.
8:37 About the fact that, indeed, Allah, the Exalted, loves all that is beautiful,
8:43 beneficial, good, and halal.
8:48 But at the same time, He asks us to use our eyes
8:49 to see what is good, beautiful, etc.
8:52 Here,
8:54 I ask the Lord of the worlds to make us among those who see what is good,
9:01 what is beneficial,
9:03 both in this world and the Hereafter,
9:07 and to keep us away from everything that is contrary
9:12 to that.
9:13 Here, in a brief walk,
9:16 I wanted to record this and for these truly,
9:22 unreal scenes, it seems to me, to be, thank you very much, it appears,
9:26 remembered.
